Departments
Agency Accounting Department
Agency Accounting Department is responsible for computation and/or release of incentives of all Sales Associates, monitors income, withholding tax, fidelity and provident fund of Sales Associates, records and monitors accountabilities of all Sales Associates and prepares financial statement on a per marketing organization.

Finance Administration Department
Finance Administration Department is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, handles all receipt disbursements, requests for office supplies and services, recommendations for personnel hiring and movements and handles availment of company and law-mandated benefits to regular employees.

Institutional Sales Department
Keeping in line with Prudentialife's mission of continuing to be one of the leading pre-need firms in the industry, the Institutional Sales Department continues to contribute to the company's sales by securing its share in the corporate market. Aside from providing marketing support to our sales associates in their institutional selling activities, ISD is also gearing its thrust towards a more pro-active stance in marketing corporate accounts.

Sales and Marketing Administration Department
The Sales and Marketing Administration Department provides a one-stop shop for SA’s needs, inquiries and complaints. They are the ones who assign codes, record sales production, determine production credits, implement and monitor incentives, validate and approve lists of accounts and maintain records of both SA and FC.

Special Projects Administration Department
The Special Projects Administration Department is responsible for evaluating, promoting and assisting in the implementation of special projects, handling of marketing and administration of Memorial Park sales and tie-ups, and preparing/reviewing of MOAs with product providers.

Training and Development Department
The Training and Development Department is a center for learning and development. It was established to deliver efficient and effective Programs so that the Company's Sales Associates at all levels and ranks can acquire the necessary learning with all the concomitant skills and attitude. These learning, skills, and attitude are factors which will bring about outstanding performances in the Sales Associate's individual performance areas.
